To enhance call reception
Your customer information shows up on your PC with pop-up when you get incoming call.
The pop-up shows the partner's name, phone number, address and fax number. You can transfer smoothly by showing the sales representative, the person who called last time and how long someone call last time. So far it was expensive system which is mainly used in call center. We provide customers this CTI function.
